Situated in the heart of the coastal tourist paradise of Negombo and located not more than 20 minutes away from Colombo and 05 minutes from the Bandaranaike International Airport, Grandeeza is an ideal destination for weddings, corporate events, holiday getaways and layovers.

Opening doors to one of the largest banquet halls in Sri Lanka which offers a seating capacity of 1500 guests, we possess the caliber to please your taste buds with a vivid assortment of local and international dishes prepared by our very own award-wining chefs.

We unravel for you, an indulging taste sensation from The Crave all day dining Restaurant with buffet and à la carte, a seafood restaurant  and two bars located respectively in the coffee shop and the pool area.

Mr. Amila Anton Alvis
General Manager

Amila Anton Alvis holds the position of the General Manager for Grandeeza. Being a distinguished past pupil of St. Peter's College Colombo 04, Mr. Alvis is a well-experienced hotelier Since 1998 working with some of the key players such as Adaaran Club Rannalhi Maldives, Cinnamon Grand Colombo, Galadari Hotel and many other big names in the hospitality Industry.

Having worked his way up on the professional ladder from humble beginnings to massive endeavors, Mr. Alvis is the driving force behind the thriving brand image of Grandeeza. He is also a major cricket enthusiast as well as good cricketer having played for his alma mater and has displayed outstanding leadership capabilities gained from the field, simply by steering the Grandeeza team forward through thick and thin.

With his vast knowledge in hospitality and hotel management backed by years of local and international industry-related exposure, Mr. Alvis is set to take Grandeeza to greater heights in the years to come.

Don Samantha Praba Abeysekara
Executive Chef

Don Samantha Praba Abeysekara is the main man behind the indulging array of cuisines you find at Grandeeza. Being an award winning culinary professional, Mr. Abeysekara holds over 25 years of comprehensive world-class experience in working with local and international hotels and has taken part in many international food festivals and culinary forums.

With the knowledge and expertise gained from the local and international hotel industry, Mr. Abeysekara leads his team with sheer passion while living up to the unfailing brand image of Grandeeza.
